Eligibility For National Institute Of Rock Mechanics Recruitment 2016:

Educational Qualification: Degree

Applicant should possess Degree with 60% of marks in Mining/Civil Engg. or M.Sc (Geophysics/Engineering Geology), Ph.D in Rock Mechanics, PG in Rock Mechanics for post 1,2 , Degree in Mining/Civil/Mech/Electronics & Communication. Engg./lst Class M.Sc in Geophysics/Geology/ Instrumentation/Mathematics for post 3,4, B.Sc (PCM) / Diploma in relevant discipline for post 5, M.Sc/M.Sc(Tech) in Geophysics/B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics/Instrumentation for post 6, Graduate with ACA/ICWA/SAS for post 7, degree for post 8, Must be a Graduate and be able to type 40 wpm in English/Hindi for post 9, 10 and S.S.L.C for post 11.

Age Limit : Candidate age should not cross 55 years for post 1, 50 years for post 2, 40 years for post 3, 30 years for post 4, 28 years for post 5, 6, 9, 10, 11 and 45 years for post 7,8 as per 1^st October 2016.

Scientist-II : PB-3 Rs. 15,600-39,100 Grade Pay Rs. 6600
Scientist-I: PB-3 Rs. 15,600-39,100 Grade Pay Rs. 5400
Scientific assistant : Rs. 5,200-20,200 & Grade Pay Rs. 2,400
Junior Research Fellow : Rs. 16,000/-pm + HRA
Finance & Accounts Officer : PB-3 Rs. 15,600-39,100 Grade Pay Rs. 5400
Administrative Officer : Rs. 15,600-39,100 & Grade Pay Rs. 5,400
Office Assistant-I : Rs. 5,200-20,200 & Grade Pay Rs. 2,400

Location of the Job : All over India outside on short/long term project assignments.
