Job Description:
Owns the requirements gathering, specification documentation, and build of all new client reporting needs
Owns the setup, maintenance, and update to all client reports, including standard, client-customized, premium billing, and ad-hoc
Oversee all existing reporting jobs during OE and let Data Management Team know if there are any changes, drops, new reports, etc(Training forthcoming)
Maintains version control of documentations on SharePoint
Oversees progress of KB Technical Reports issues
Meets weekly with Designers and Developers
Eligibility Criteria:
Open for night shifts
MS Excel, MS Word knowledge
Quick Learner
Good Communication skils
B.E / B.T.ech/ MCA are not eligible
