Scale of Pay : 1) For Officer Scale – II : Rs. 19400-28100. For Officer Scale – I – : Rs.14500-25700. For Office Assistants: – Rs. 7200-19300
Probation Period : 1) Candidates selected for the post of Officer Scale-I & II will be put on probation for a period of 2 years which can be extended for a further period not exceeding 1 year. 2) Candidates selected for the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) will be put on probation for a period of 1 year which can be extended for a further period not exceeding 6 months.
Bond Amount : Candidates selected for appointment to the cadre of Officer Scale-II and Scale – I have to execute a bond agreeing to pay to the Bank a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees One lakh fifty thousand only), in the event of their leaving the Bank’s job within a period of two years from the date of their joining. Similarly, candidates selected for appointment to the cadre of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) have to
execute a bond agreeing to pay to the Bank a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One lakh only), in the event of their leaving the Bank’s job within a period of 1 year from the date of their joining. This will be in addition
to the provisions of Regulation 10 of Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank (Officers and Employees’) Service Regulations-2010.
Application Fee (including Postage/Intimation Charges) (Non-Refundable) : Officers : Rs.. 40/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates, Rs.150/- for all others, Office Assistant (Multipurpose), Rs. 40/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates., Rs.150/- for all others. The fee for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PWD is towards postage/intimation charges only and for others the fee. includes postal charges of Rs.40/-. Requisite Application Fee may be paid through CBS at any of the Branches of Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank by means of a Payment challan or by NEFT from any other Bank Branches to the account of Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank.
Selection Procedure : For Office Assistant (Multipurpose):– Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Scores (TWS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category. For Officer Scale-I:– Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Scores (TWS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category. For Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer) : Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 and Personal Interview. Personal Interview : Depending on the number of vacancies, Bank will call from among who have applied to bank, the number, equivalent to three times the number of vacancies shortlisted based on their Total Weighted Scores (TWS). Remaining applicants, if any will not receive an interview call from the Bank.
Interview Centre : The Interview will be held at KADAPA centre and the complete address of the venue will be advised in the call letters. The address of the venues will also be displayed in the Bank’s website one week before the dates for commencement of Interviews.
