Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Qualification must be from a recognized Board or University or Institution with relevant post- qualification experience in the concerned field.

  • Deputy General Manager (Production): The candidate must Possess B.E/B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering with relevant experience.
  • Assistant Manager/Dy. General Manager & Officer/Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager/Manager: The candidate must Possess CA/ICWA or equivalent with appropriate experience.
  • Assistant Manager (Marketing), Deputy Manager (Marketing)& Manager (Marketing): The candidate must Possess Engineering Degree or equivalent with Post- Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management or MBA.

Age Limit

Age Limit for the candidateas on 01 December 2014 should be mentioned below as per post and Age relaxation for the category candidates as per rules (if applicable).

  1. For Deputy General Manager: Min. 46 Years.
  2. For Asst. General Manager: Min. 43 Years.
  3. For Officer: Max. 30 Years.
  4. For Assistant Manager: Min. 29 Years.
  5. For Deputy Manager: Min. 34 Years.
  6. For Manager: Min. 37 Years.

Pay Scale

  1. For Deputy General Manager: Rs. 44,000-1400-55,200 Per Month.
  2. For Assistant General Manager: Rs. 35,500-1200-47,500 Per Month.
  3. For Officer: Rs. 16,000-400-20,000 Per Month.
  4. For Assistant Manager: Rs. 19,500-500-24,500 Per Month.
  5. For Deputy Manager: Rs. 23,500-600-29,500 Per Month.
  6. For Manager: Rs. 28,000-800-36,000 Per Month.

Experience Required for Officer:
Should have minimum 5 years of Post Qualification experience as on 01.12.2014.
Experience Required for Assistant Manager:
Should have minimum 7 years of Post Qualification experience as on 01.12.2014.
Experience Required for Deputy Manager:
Should have minimum 12 years of Post Qualification experience as on 01.12.2014.
Experience Required for Manager:
Should have minimum 15 years of Post Qualification experience as on 01.12.2014.
